overdesign
  1. To design too specifically or to too great an extent, as by including unnecessary features.

This site is not yet ready for use, but I have decided to work on it live. So you can see the painfully slow process of overdesigning (which is of course the main reason not to do it). You’ll know it’s ready when this message has been removed. Until then, expect things not to work how you expect. It’s also a side-side-project, so it’ll likely be this way for some time. I’ll try to update the blog with progress on the site.
